Ubisoft has a total of six movies in the pipeline. In addition to Assassin's Creed, the French publisher is making movies based on its Far Cry, Rabbids, Watch Dogs, Splinter Cell, and Ghost Recon franchises. In all instances, Ubisoft will retain creative control.

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag launches October 29 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U. A release for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 will follow in November.
