When it first came out, and in the couple of games after it, I was absolutely addicted to the game mode. Of late, however, Ive become a little disinterested in the game mode. Its mainly because Ive slowly become disillusioned with the game series as a whole, but its also because the game mode itself seems to be getting increasingly ridiculous. What was once a simple round survival game has now become an insane race to activate levers and traps, unlock areas of the map and hold off against increasingly difficult enemies. And, with the trailer that Treyarch has recently released, its glaringly obvious that this tradition of bigger and better maps and enemies is going to continue."
