Kyle Orland: When DuckTales Remastered was first announced back at PAX East, the eight-year-old in me was incredibly excited to get a follow-up to one of his favorite games ever (even if it was more a remake than a truly new sequel). But over two decades after the original game was released on the Nintendo Entertainment System, I felt ill-equipped to review this game in its correct context.
