DC Universe Online has received its 11th installment in DLC with todays launch of Halls of Power Part I. The content, which allows players to battle in the League Halls, follows the evil doings of Kalibak, son of Darkseid and the humanoid insect Mantis as they attempt to obtain ancient relics from the Old Gods.
