Unfinished Swan VITA Trophy List Revealed

The trophy list for the Unfinished Sawn has been revealed. There are currently two separate lists, one for the PS4 and terestingly one for the rumoured Vita version. The lists contain exactly the same amount of trophies including 2 Gold, 1 Silver and 7 Bronze. (10 in total). It is looking more and more certain that the Unfinished Swan will be coming to the Vita later on this year as well as the PS4. If you were wondering the trophy list is the same as the original PS3 version which came out in October 2012.
