EB's Matt Heywood writes, "Its very early on in the series, but Im already beginning to consider Telltales Game of Thrones to be its best effort to date. My love for A Song of Ice and Fire surely fuels that opinion, but I really couldnt put down my controller or look away from my monitor throughout the two hour long episode. Being able to experience the happenings of Westeros from a whole new angle is a massive bonus, and so far Telltale is honoring the quality of story telling featured in the books and the TV show. House Forrester, for only being mentioned in a single sentence in the books, is full of intrigue and characters you can get behind and feel for. The game world looks brilliant, and embodies an artistic style that will draw you in with its beauty and mesmerize you. Most importantly though, it feels like Game of Thrones and will punch you in the gut when you least expect, which is all a fan of the franchise can ask for.
