FFXIV placed Character Restrictions due to PSN Difficulties

"Final Fantasy XIV" has just added character creation restrictions in Japan, North America, and Europe due to the recent PlayStation Network difficulties. The executives and moderators has provided the list in each region and announced that they will post updates in the following intervals: 1:00/ 6:00/ 11:00 /15:00/ 20:00 (GMT).
