Is Bandai Namco Releasing Tales of Zestiria Through Steam?

A listing briefly appeared in the Steam database for Tales of Zestiria. The listing was then quickly changed to simply "TOZ," but the original file was captured by Google Cache. Could this be a start of a trend after Bandai Namco's announcement last year that their One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 would be available on PC upon its release in the west? Has the company decided to pursue a broader base of possible players with the latest in their acclaimed JRPG Tales series? Right now, Tales of Zestiria is only officially announced for PlayStation 3, but we could see a official PC release announcement soon.
