Maxis is set to release SimCity's 3.0 update, the next major patch for one of the more controversial games of the year. It does a lot in the way of improving the quality of life for the game, particularly in terms of population behavior. It makes several changes to how traffic and pedestrians moves aroaund the city. Their behavior has sparked some hilarious YouTube videos, and although most SimCity fans don't go to the series for realistic visuals, it was one of the main selling points of the latest iteration.
