As reported earlier, Club Nintendo will be coming to close in North America on June 30 right before midnight. To be even more exact, all Nintendo games released after January 20 won't be eligible for Club Nintendo registration and March 31 marks the end-date for when you'll be able to get a membership and collect coins at all.
