What Can We Expect From Today's Nintendo Direct?

Yesterday, Nintendo announced it would be holding a Direct broadcast on April 1... which is today! I don't know about you, but every time the Big N announces one of these things, I regress to my early childhood years, as I feel the juvenile excitement bubble up within my inmost being. As such, I'd like to take a moment to speculate as to what may be revealed during today's Nintendo Direct. That is, if you'd be so kind as to humor me.
