The Evolution Championship Series, or EVO for short, takes place every year in Las Vegas as players compete in a variety of fighting games. EVO 2015 officially started today, which means fans will get to watch tournaments in Ultra Street Fighter IV, Super Smash Bros. Wii U, Mortal Kombat X, and others. I found that out last year when I watched EVO for the first time and found myself enjoying it despite my general ignorance when it comes to fighting games.
