Bungie to fight cheese with, er, loot with upcoming update.
Bungie's latest response to the community cheesing part of Destiny - in case the Crota's End raid that was added with Dark Below - is to add a new Hard mode that fights cheese with tougher enemies, while rewarding good behaviour with extra stuff.
