The latest in a series of apologies for games being a bit duff is here: anyone who played Halo: Master Chief Collection online on or before December 19 of last year is eligible to receive a whole month of free Xbox Live Gold, the service which grants access to each month's free games, as well as a big lovely pile of other online benefits.
