Game of Thrones patch to fix forgetfulness

In the Game of Thrones, you... something something.
You may have noticed - we certainly did - that your Game of Thrones save file from episode 1 had been, well, forgotten. Having booted up the second episode, I noticed that the short "here's what happened last time" catch-up intro was completely wrong, showing me a load of decisions I hadn't made.
