 The Donkey Kong Land trilogy are bound for the 3DS Virtual Console as part of the Donkey Kong Country Weeks promotion Nintendo will be running from October 16.
While Donkey Kong Land is a spin-off sequel of sorts to the original Donkey Kong Country, Donkey Kong Land 2 and Donkey Kong Land III follow their SNES counterparts much more closely.
