News: Nintendo cleared of latest patent infringement claims

Motiva filed suit back in 2008 relating to the tracking of player movement and position.

However, the Court of Appeals agreed with the International Trade Commission that Nintendo did not infringe on the patents, with the judge describing Motiva's litigation as being "targeted at financial gains".
