PC gamers breaking the rules can only play with other cheaters.

News: Titanfall cheats feel the wrath of Respawn news

Respawn has been using a tool called FairFight in order to detect cheaters on PC, and has been collecting data on cheats since launch but not enforcing bans. This all changed on March 21, with bans issued to those not playing fair.

If you're banned you'll see "FairFight: Cheat detected" on the game's menu screen. If you do discover you're banned you can continue playing, but not with the well behaved kids.
