As detailed by Rockstar's support site, "players will now be able to call Lester to have him tell his Cop buddies to turn a blind eye to any crime you may or may not be committing for a short period of time."

The ability is only thought to be available in GTA Online.

In addition to Lester's new ability, Rockstar has also fixed various exploits and made some tweaks to GTA Online's balancing, awarding more cash when completing Parachute, Races, Deathmatches and LTS jobs in games with less than 4 players and removing a bug that let players become invisible.
