News: Xbox One will launch in Japan on September 4

48 Japanese firms are signed up to create games for the platform.
A complete launch line-up hasn't been announced but Microsoft has confirmed that upcoming titles for the region include Forza Motorsport 5, Kinect Sports Rivals, Sunset Overdrive, Halo, Dead Rising 3 and Ryse: Son of Rome.
Square Enix has, however, confirmed it will make four games available at launch: Call of Duty: Ghosts, Tomb Raider, Thief and Murdered: Soul Suspect.
Furthermore, 48 Japanese firms are confirmed as developers for Xbox One:
