Releasing this autumn, the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions will boast "increased draw distances, finer texture details, denser traffic, and enhanced resolutions". This apparently all works together to "bring new life to the cities, towns, deserts and oceans" of Southern California.

Other world enhancements include new wildlife, upgraded weather and damage effects, and more.

GTA Online also benefits from the new generation upgrade, says Rockstar, whilst all new content and gamplay created since the launch of Grand Theft Auto Online - Jobs, weapons, vehicles, properties...
