Insomniac confirms with a video of a character dressed very much like one of Ubisoft's assassins.

Not only will players have complete control over the gender of their character, but all clothing items are gender neutral. This mens a guy can wear a skirt if you want.

Somewhat cheekily - given the controversy over Ubisoft's lack of playable female characters in Assassin's Creed Unity - Insomniac has released a gameplay video of a female character wearing an outfit which very strongly resembles the garb of one of Ubisoft's assassins.

Sunset Overdrive will launch October 31 for Xbox One.
