Claims Rockstar used her image to create a character in the game without obtaining her permission.

Legal action from Lohan was reportedly first threatened back in December, but the suit was only filed in New York City yesterday, reports Forbes.

Lohan's suit claims that the Lacey Jonas character is an "unequivocal" reference to her.

"The portraits of the Plaintiff (Lohan) incorporated her image, likeness, clothing, outfits, Plaintiff's clothing line products, ensemble in the form of hats, hair style, sunglasses, jean shorts worn by the Plaintiff that were for sale to the public at least two years," the suit claims.
