The Gamescom 2014 Assassins Creed Unity demo has surfaced, giving us an 11-minute glimpse at what we can expect from the newest Assassins Creed game. Theres a lot of stealthing and stabbing in and among the streets of revolutionary Paris, but you knew that going in. The mission starts near Notre Dame Cathedral, where our Assassin gets a pep talk from his mentor. Arno asks about the plan for this assassination, but the mentor simply quips, Youre not an apprentice anymore. Find your own plan. From there we see the awesome assassin abilities of this new protagonist, and we think were going to be quite pleased with him. We love the new side objectives that actually make our mission easier, as Arno gathers information from an associate of the target (before killing that target) then using the info to make entry into the cathedral easier.
