"With Tiger Woods PGA 15 being cancelled, HB Studios decided to publish their own Golf game but instead of making it a giant of a game they rather tried to make it a simplistic Golf game for playing Golf. The whole idea HB Studios had with The Golf Club was to release a Golf game that doesnt take long to load, is social, fun and easy to play with an editor that is simple to use and share your courses. In that regards they have succeeded! There are no huge time setting up the game or creating a character or anything that will take up time. You do some basic stuff but when you look again you are one the course and ready to tee off."
