Johnny writes -"Pool is a pastime that for me came hand in hand with having a few drinks with friends down the local bar, and it has been a long time since I have played a decent simulation of this much loved game. VooFoo Studios and Ripstone Publishers are hoping to change all that with Pure Pool, which has had previous releases on the PS4 and PC, and is now releasing onto Xbox One. Pool simulators must be difficult to develop, thinking about all of the factors that have to be taken into account they must be a nightmare to code. Imagine all of the work that goes into how each ball reacts to being hit by another and then bouncing off a cushion at an angle to bounce into more balls. No matter how you look at it, there are so many factors to take into consideration its no wonder they are few and far between.
