It's worth noting that thew two Assassin's titles are both download codes and they're going to be fairly hefty. We have to be honest, we've not been impressed with Assassin's Creed Unity, it's been a buggy mess both playing solo or when attempting to get the co-op working. It's been aggressively patched since launch, but there's no getting around some issues like the borked combat system, the overly armed enemies, or just the disappointing boredom that is Paris. You could always sell the download code. Don't sell Black Flag though, that one's a keeper!
