For those unfamiliar with the legendary Game Master, Howard Philips, he was the first editor at Nintendo Power magazine as well as one of the first employees for Nintendo of America back in the 1980s. He would play many of Nintendos games on the NES and offer tips and tricks to players through the magazine. He even went on to star in his own comic known as Howard Nester. History lesson aside, Howard is now looking to make his own video game this year and is offering you a shot to help him co-develop itif you can solve his riddle.
