CIA Founder and CEO Hiroaki Yura signs-off Under the Dog

The founder and CEO of Creative Intelligence Arts, Mr. Hiroaki Yura, released a his public statement about his and his company's departure from a 24 minute original video animation (OVA) project at KickStarter called "Under the Dog". Although he signs-off, other anime and gaming veterans continue this project, leaving some open questions about the slight promises made by Yura during the AMA Reddit Session that includes a possible video game.
