In case you've not heard the news, Nintendo has established the "Nintendo Creators Program" for content creators on Youtube- if you're doing a "Let's Play" of a Nintendo game, it turns out that Nintendo wants a cut. Unlike most other game publishers, which allow you to make your own money off of your Let's Plays and reviews, Nintendo is demanding a chunk- which is problematic for several reasons, especially since it could taint or otherwise shut down criticism.
