NZGamer: Almost two years after the launch of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (MH3U), and after almost two years of hype, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate (MH4U) has finally landed on the 3DS. Despite its huge success in Japan, the Monster Hunter series still struggles to pick up new gamers in the Western world due to its difficulty and lack of explanation. Every demo released, every new iteration, seems to be made for people who are already invested in the game. Having dipped my toes in MH3U (if you can call 80+ hours dipping) I felt I was prepared, yet hesitant, to jump right into MH4U.
