NZG: Its easy to remember the Wii as a console that seemed to be aimed squarely at the casual market; titles like Wii Sports, Just Dance, and Wii Fit were some of the biggest selling on the system. Its strange then, that despite this image, the Wii housed some of the biggest and best Japanese role-playing games (JRPGs) of the last generation. Titles like The Last Story and Pandoras Tower released in the Western world in the final moments of the Wiis life-span. Alongside them came one of the biggest and most critically revered JRPGs for the system: Xenoblade Chronicles.
