Carl Williams writes, "Ah, Flappy Bird, the game that simple would not stop invading classic retrogaming consoles. It is quite interesting that, so far, we have not seen a release of this infuriating game on the Sega Genesis yet. It has hit nearly every other retro console out there so why has it taken so long to see the light of day on Segas 16-Bit console? Surely it is not lack of qualified programmers, or lack of interest- judging by the response these articles is receiving there are plenty of fans out there. Maybe it is just that the Sega Genesis, Mega Drive in this case, was a slight after thought for developers? That wouldnt make sense since this is not a single person making all of these ports. Nah, it is probably a case of it taking this long for someone to sit back and think, why not and make a Genesis/Mega Drive version of Flappy Bird."
