Bioshock Infinite attempts to add some variety to your every day FPS gameplay with the introduction of Vigors, which are this games equivalent to Plasmids from the previous iterations. Vigors are effectively super powers that allow the user to turn the tide in battle, and take control of a situation that would otherwise overwhelm them. There are a total of 8 different Vigors, each of which have two functions - a quick use function (at the press of a button), and a trap function (by holding the button).
