Overall hardware sales decreased by nine percent week-on-week. Week-on-week sales are up for the DS and 3DS and down for everything else. Year-on-year sales are down 34 percent. Also no platforms are up year-on-year. The Wii has dropped by 73 percent, the biggest by percent, while the 3DS has the smallest drop at 16 percent. Six games debuted in the top 30 this week. God of War: Ascension (PS3) debuted at the top of the software charts with sales of 663,692. The game launched worldwide. There are no software milestones this week in the top 30.
