In the past few years Sony have made a good effort to get those faces even more known and recognisable through some brilliant marketing like the Michael advertisement, the Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale teasers and the new Greatness Awaits advertisement. These marketing campaigns featured live-action version of the characters at a bar discussing their adventures and then battling one another. Each video was awesome and getting to see a real version of their favourite characters is a real treat to gamers.
