Killzone has been assumed as a technological demonstration of Sony hardware, having done it twice already, and now the third. Despite never having been before launch game, no game had demonstrated so well the capabilities of the PS3 until the release of Killzone 2, and no one had shown how to make a FPS for PlayStation Vita before Killzone Mercenary. Sony is all pointed their guns at the launch of the PS4, and Killzone: Shadow Fall as sounding name, with inFamous out only later, with a possible date for determining Uncharted and other series without any novelty.
