FTC Approves Facebook's Oculus VR Buyout

VRFocus - The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has officially approved of social network giant Facebooks buyout of Oculus VR for $2 billion USD. The deal to buy the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) headset makers has has passed antitrust assesments and been given the go-ahead by both that organisation and the US Department of Justice. As Reuters explains, he deal was listed as just one of a number of approved transactions published this week.
