New content to be called Origin Crisis; explores "what-if" story scenarios and new raids, adds hero/villain origin operations, and new gear.
Fans still playing DC Universe Online will be seeing more new content this May in the form of a DLC pack called Origin Crisis.
As detailed on , the DLC will explore "what if" scenarios by letting players travel through alternate histories in different timelines. Missions include dealing with an alternate Batman who is a killer for hire and a Superman who works for antagonist Lex Luthor. The game's story takes place after Brainiac was defeated in the previous DLC.
Other features of the DLC include a new quantum controller power set, two new raids, two new hero and villain origin operations, and two new solo simulation challenges. Players can also find new gear types, including tier 5 PvE gear.
The pack will be a free download and will be available this May on PC and PS3.
