N64 Promo Video Brings Back All the Embarrassment of '90s Gaming

If you want to see exactly how far gaming has come in 18 years, let's think back to the Nintendo 64, the groundbreaking console that went on sale in the U.S. on Sept. 29, 1996. To promote the upcoming console, Nintendo sent Nintendo Power subscribers a VHS tape because it was 1996 that featured a 15-minute commercial. Never Alone Stole The Show For Me At EGX, And A Little Bit Of My Heart Too

Added: 28.09.2014 2:12 | 5 views | 0 comments

IM PLAYIN take a look at Never Alone, an upcoming indie puzzle platformer. "There are a ton of great games at EGX London this year, and a fair few of them are the big releases of the next year. So I guess its a bit strange for me to say that Never Alone has stolen the show, for me at least. Yet despite all of the glitz and glamour of the triple A titles, I cant help but feel as though my heart has been snatched by a wonderful little game. Its not often that I get this passionate about a game, let alone an indie game for that matter. But, somehow, I have been wooed, mesmerised and downright impressed by Never Alone."

"Never alone is due out on PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 18th 2014. From the 20 minutes or so of play we experienced Id certainly say its one of the titles to look out for this holiday season and a sure fire selection for hidden gem of 2014 if the finished product continues the solid slice on show when we played it.",Z Ward, GamesFiends.com
