Snazzy Naz wrote: Hey guys, Im here today to give an introduction to MOBAs for anyone who is new to them and wants to know which one might be right for them. MOBA which also stands for Massive Online Battle Arena has blown up in the e-sports scene as one of the top tier competitive games on the market. The reason for this is that these games are very PvP (Player vs Player) focused, which revolve around teamplay, response time, and wise decision making. Furthermore, these games can become -depth and customizable with the unique mechanics to each character and item/talent builds. Now lets find out which MOBA suits you perfectly. For each MOBA, I will provide a description as well as a rubric on things for new players to consider..

MNJ:
The Total War Series has always been a hit or miss for me. I have played some of the older games like Total War: Rome or Total War: Medieval II but vaguely touched up on Total War: Shogun 2 or Total War: ATTILLA. I remember hardly showing any interest with Total War: Medieval II apart from the immense battles because of the intense amount of political standpoints and negotiations. Total War series was not my cup of tea until now.

Video games are a visual medium, and how a game looks on screen can go a long way to creating a joyful experience for gamers. But looks only matter for a small part of what makes a good game, and even decent gameplay in theory can elevate a mediocre game higher. But what happens when a great looking game has poor play control? That answer is Abyss Odyssey: Extended Dream Edition from developer ACE Team and publisher Atlus.

Halo Blog:
We have returned from gamescom some of us with terrible jetlag, others with a mild case of the post-gamescom flu, and all with stories to tell. Whether it was talking with Halo fans who spent entire days at the Arena or Warzone booths, reuniting with friends that we had met in years past, or commiserating with fellow fans about the German heat, we had a blast hanging out with all of you.
Our pilgrimage to Germany also gave us an opportunity to show off some new, never-before-seen goodies, including a new multiplayer trailer, some new Arena tournament gameplay, and more. One of those mores, of course, is Halo Wars 2.

Warp Zoned writes:
"Its a rare game that credits the composer as a co-developer, but thats what you get with Spectra, an overhead racing game thats set to a chiptune soundtrack created by Niamh Chipzel Houston (best known for her work on Super Hexagon). British developer Gateway Interactive took her bleeps and bloops and laid them over a procedurally-generated raceway that expands out into space using arcade-style wireframe graphics. The music and visuals complement each other nicely, but Spectras keep it simple style goes a bit too far."
