Added: 30.04.2013 11:19 | 19 views | 0 comments

STN: Returning to the world of Dragons Dogma was like putting on your old favourite pair of slippers that had lots of holes in them and then finding someone had fixed them for you: the improvements made on the original game really made this return experience all the more fun, making this a much better game for it and if these improvements are anything to go by, I can't wait for Dragons Dogma 2.

Corsual's EXP writes: "I love it when a game catches you off-guard. When you know nothing about it at all, and beginning it for the first time is an entirely new, fresh adventure. I love it even more when that game is what's quickly becoming my personal choice for game of the year. Dragon's Dogma - Dark Arisen, a re-release of the original 2012 game featuring all DLC and all-new content at half the normal retail price has completely taken my breath away. I can't stop playing it. Take a peek at the opening of the game below:

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen Review | NZGamer

NZGamer: "If you like old school RPGs, but never played the original release, buying Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen may be the best fifty dollars youll spend all year. If you bought the original, and all the downloadable missions, sorry people, prepared to get gouged. And not in the good way, by mythical creatures and packs of hungry wolves. In the bad way, by people who should treat fans of their game better."

Push Square: "As you may already know, Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen is actually a re-release of last year's Dragon's Dogma. While theres no doubt that veteran players will be returning to Gransys in order to tackle the daunting expansion from which the re-release gets its name, we thought wed take the time to jot down a few tips for the fresh-faced newcomers who know nothing about the daunting task that lies ahead."

UK Charts - Dead Island Riptide is the New Number One

Added: 29.04.2013 10:18 | 16 views | 0 comments

GodisaGeek: "It seems that the UK game buying public has spoken: Dead Island Riptide was the most popular game released last week, because as per usual, the best selling new game has taken the top spot in the UK charts. Outselling Star Trek (3rd place), Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen (doesnt make the top 40), and the long awaited (in some cases) re-release of cult classic Deadly Premonition: Directors Cut (27th place), publisher Deep Silver will be pretty happy."
