Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen Review | Awesome Games

Added: 08.05.2013 11:18 | 13 views | 0 comments

Rhys from Awesome Games writes: 'Dragons Dogma is widely viewed as a flawed gem of a game. It offered breathtaking combat, vast and often tense open-world exploration, excellent character customisation options and the unique Pawn system. It was Capcom doing what Capcom does best: offering a satisfying gaming experience with immense amounts of replay value. I named Dragons Dogma my 2012 game of the year for these reasons, and despite its numerous flaws, I stand by that. I got more enjoyment out of Dragons Dogma than most titles released last year.'

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen slides two places to No.5 on its second week, and Star Trek falls from No.4 to No.10 on the week on the film's release.

Sony's Soul Sacrifice is the week's only new entry, but the PS Vita action game failed to make much of an impact at No.26.

Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen Review [Capsule Computers]

Added: 06.05.2013 14:19 | 12 views | 0 comments

Travis Bruno of Capsule Computers writes: "When Dragons Dogma was first released a little under a year ago, it was a great experience that had a few issues but overall offered something fresh that could eat hours and hours of your time as you traveled the continent slaying all manner of beasts in extravagant and enjoyable fashion. Now Capcom has released something of an expansion to the original game called Dark Arisen. It is worth noting that Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen contains the entirety of the original Dragons Dogma game and my review for that original section of the game can be found here. However what does the Dark Arisen expansion hold for those who already know the secrets of the world?"
