Do you remember El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron? When it was released back in 2011 by UTV Ignition it received a quite positive critical response, but didn't exactly sell like hotcakes. Yet in Japan it retained a very solid fanbase, solid enough to warrant the serialization of the new manga titled El Shaddai Ceta on the Monthly G Fantasy magazine published by Square Enix.

Game Informer - Earlier today at CES, Sony announced its PlayStation Now service, which allows customers to stream games from the original PlayStation, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation 3 libraries onto a number of devices, including Bravia televisions, tablets, consoles, and the PlayStation Vita. I had an extended play session where I demoed both The Last of Us and God of War: Ascension through a PS Vita and a Sony Bravia TV without using a console, and I walked away ready to purchase a subscription (though Sony hasn't released pricing details just yet).

Sony's much-anticipated Gaikai-powered streaming gaming service, PlayStation Now, made its debut today at CES. It was the first time we got to see the service in action, and more importantly, play PS3 games in realtime over broadband. Though the service won't launch until the summer and many details about the company's plans are still forthcoming, today's demo included live gameplay of The Last of Us, Beyond: Two Souls, The Puppeteer, and God of War: Ascension running on a web-connected Sony Bravia TV with a DualShock 3 synced over Bluetooth.
