At the moment you can register only two PS Vita units to your PSN account, and this has caused concern between Japanese users with the announcement of the PS Vita TV and the new PCH-2000 model. Jonathon Morin, the Creative Director on Watch Dogs at Ubisoft Montreal took to the stage at Sony's PlayStation Asia Conference at TGS 2013 yesterday, where he announced that the game would be coming to the PS4 when the console launches in Japan in February 2014 and Asian territories in late 2013. Plus, when Watch Dogs releases in Asian territories and Japan, there will be two distinct versions of the game. The first will be the standard English version that will be released in North America and Europe, while the second, which will be released at a later date, will contain Chinese and Korean subtitles.
