Splatoon Review | GameCloud Australia

Added: 02.06.2015 9:16 | 3 views | 0 comments

Lliam Ahearn at GameCloud Australia writes: "Splatoon is the freshest Nintendo game AND competitive shooter Ive played for a long time. So long as Nintendo keeps the free content coming, this is a fun time worth having. Itd be nice to be able to play more than two maps at any time, to change weapons on the fly, or just skip the news video that plays every time youre in Inkopolis. Compared to how much fun painting the world can be though, these are petty complaints."

Big games of June: Batman Arkham Knight, LEGO Jurassic World, Elder Scrolls Online

Added: 01.06.2015 13:16 | 5 views | 0 comments

MMGN writes: A few years ago, June was considered industry "down time". With the annual E3 extravaganza taking place and the pre-Christmas rush only a few months away, the big titles tend to be reserved for later in the year. Sony bucked this trend in 2013, however, releasing The Last Of Us on PlayStation 3 shortly after E3. Last year, the likes of Murdered: Soul Suspect and EA Sports UFC headlined the month. In 2015, one of the year's biggest games comes straight after E3, with Rocksteady's Batman: Arkham Knight wrapping up the epic Arkham series. What else is out in Australia in June? Check out the month's big releases below.
