Bioshock Infinite Review | GameCritics

Added: 21.04.2013 6:18 | 6 views | 0 comments

GameCritics: "Fuzzy-headed narrative and thematically irrelevant auxiliary mechanics make Infinite feel sloppy even when it's working. Combat increases in frequency and decreases in impact after the Hall of Heroes, so for most of its length the game sinks towards a deflated ending rather than rising towards a climax. However, that slow descent starts from a great height, so there is still much to value in Infinite even as it drowns in its own shortcomings."

Bioshock Infinite: Bioshockingly Good | TruTechNoid

Added: 20.04.2013 7:18 | 13 views | 0 comments

TruTechNoid Write's "Bioshock Infinite is an original FPS with a colourful world that puts all FPSS to shame. The graphics are without a doubt some of the best I have ever seen, and I spent hours just exploring the vibrant and perfectly detailed vintage world. Infinite is not a direct sequel/prequel to any of the Bioshock games, although it does hold similarities to its preprocessors game play. The year is 1912 and you play Booker Dewitt a former Pinkerton agent sent to the sky city Columbia to rescue a young girl named Elizabeth. Once there, exploration is key, with tonnes of collectables, items and wonderful scenery, it took me a good few hours to get through the first area as I was looking at everything and everyone."

Added: 20.04.2013 4:18 | 10 views | 0 comments

The Paranoid Gamer writes: "Everyone is familiar new triple-A blockbuster games. But how many people actually know the effort that goes into them? Games such as Tomb Raider, Mass Effect 3, Hitman: Absolution, Bioshock Infinite all require enormous time and effort before they are put on shelves. But more importantly, they require money. Lots of it."

It's easily the best game of 2013 so far, but does it have the staying power? Can it withstand a deluge of potential masterpieces for the rest of the year?
