AppAdvice: Super Kiwi Castle Run (Free) by IsCool Entertainment is an endless runner game with adventure aspects blended in with it. I had recently complained that endless runner games can be boring and monotonous. Then, Im humbly proven wrong when I get to review Monkey Dreams and Super Kiwi Castle Run. My faith in endless runner games is being restored.

| Battleheart Android Review -- Gamewoof
Added: 03.05.2013 8:17 | 14 views | 0 comments
Battleheart takes everything that we loved about Castle Crashers (minus the co-op) and gives it a brand new feel and a few extra levels of depth by giving it a control scheme that is designed from the ground up for touchscreens. In doing so developer Mika Mobile has made a game that is completely unique and a ton of fun. It is a bit like if you mixed Castle Crashers with an RTS and threw in a few extra RPG elements to round it all out. The result is addicting and captivating.

| Gi - Sacred Citadel (PC) Review
Added: 01.05.2013 22:17 | 19 views | 0 comments
Gi - Sacred Citadel by Southend Interactive is an side-scrolling action platformer that is much better suited to multiplayer play than it is singleplayer. Sacred Citadel is very similar to Castle Crashers in many ways in regards to gameplay. Gamers can group up with your friends as one of four different classes and fight through hordes of enemies, all the while leveling up and collecting new loot.

Bryan Johnston at El33tonline writes:
"At face value Sacred Citadel looks like a dream fantasy RPG beat em up. Its got four unique character classes, three player co-op, character development, a multitude of killer weapons to discover and plenty of scenic levels to conquer. It seemed to possess a very similar feel to one of the greatest co-op fantasy beat em ups on the Xbox Castle Crashers and if that held true for the duration of the game, Sacred Citadel promised to be a great arcade title.
As I discovered after some dedicated hours with Sacred Citadel, however, face value can be deceiving."

| Battleblock Theater Review - PlayDevil
Added: 30.04.2013 14:17 | 14 views | 0 comments
PlayDevil has posted an review of the new XBLA game from developer The Behemoth (Alien Hominid, Castle Crashers, ...), "Battleblock Theater".
Here's more:
"Battleblock moves away from being a side-scrolling combat game with a little bit of platforming to a mostly puzzle and platforming focused game, with a little bit of combat. Even more surprising, perhaps, is that I found the combat mostly very bland, and the platforming and puzzling pretty decent."
