The Paladin itself is totally upgradable from the cockpit right the way through to the hold, upgrading certain areas gives you access to special weapons and tactics, so it will be money well spent. Speaking of money you will of course be rewarded at the end of each mission depending on your play style. You have 3 play styles and are graded on each at the end of a mission, for instance complete the mission without being seen and you will gain more points in the Ghost play style, where as if you go in all guns blazing you will earn the Assault style. The 3 styles are Ghost, Panther and Assault.
