Sly Cooper-based arcade game collection Bentley's Hackpack is now out on Android Bentley's Hackpack is a collection of three different retro-ish arcade games set in the Sly Cooper universe. In each of these three games, you're bumming around an arcade, dropping coins and trying to complete the 20 levels. The games all feature in Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, and have already been released on PSN and iOS. Now, though, it's out for Android, too. Sparky Spark Runner is...

Dr. Luigi | Review - AWESOMEoutof10

Added: 03.01.2014 6:16 | 13 views | 0 comments

AWESOMEoutof10's Lee Cooper goes in for his annual checkup, only to find out that his usual doctor isn't in. Luckily, Luigi managed to get his doctorate too. "What Dr. Luigi does do, however, is retain its addictive qualities, smooth and responsive gameplay, and packs enough content to make you regurgitate those pharmaceuticals you found behind the bathroom counter. Considering the cheap entry point, theres definitely enough here to constitute a purchase for both fans and newcomers alike. And in all likelihood anyone not old enough to moan about the 1990s will devour it just as eagerly as I did Dr. Mario."

Twenty-thirteen: A different type of escort

Added: 01.01.2014 23:16 | 7 views | 0 comments

AWESOMEoutof10's Lee Cooper learned to care about the people who had to babysit in a video game in 2013, thanks to the likes of Bioshock Infinite and The Last of Us. "This year was responsible for many great experiences, both small and large. An expanded indie-scene, three new consoles, dozens of innovative games and a future of incredible possibilities, so its strange, then, that what are essentially game-length escort missions would be the most memorable titles. Its true that this year has made many great strides across every facet of gaming, but most of all, this year made me care."

First: That new console smell

AWESOMEoutof10's Fraser Brown is getting nostalgic with the release of the next generation of gaming, fondly remembering his first ever foray into the world of video games. "Cooped up in a hot car for countless hours, listening to the same songs over and over again, my sister and I became less like children and more like feral animals. Though the distinction is not a significant one. But by 1990, my parents discovered a way to keep us both content, courtesy of Nintendo. The Browns purchased their first game console, the Nintendo Game Boy."

Batman: Arkham Origins | Review - AWESOMEoutof10

Added: 07.11.2013 21:18 | 9 views | 0 comments

AWESOMEoutof10's Lee Cooper adorns the cape and cowl to give us the Arkham Origins review we need, and the one we deserve. "Batman: Arkham Origins clearly isnt the best Batman game of this generation. While more often than not it merely aspires to be playable and completely lacks polish, it occasionally manages to feel like a near-worthy addition to the series."

PS3 25-in-25: Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time

BT writes: Yesterday I talked about what developer Sucker Punch got up to in the last console generation , so it only seems right that I speak a bit about the character they left behind: Sly Cooper. Sly is the thieving yet ultimately mostly heroic raccoon who managed to become a Sony mainstay during the PS2 era, alongside fellow action/platformer stars Jak Daxter and Ratchet Clank. Like the former duo, Sly also ended up languishing without a new game to call his own in the proceeding console generation thanks to his original creators having moved on to other pastures. That began to change in 2010 with the release of The Sly Collection for PS3 courtesy of developer Sanzaru Games. Those who played through the Collection in its entirety were treated to something special: a teaser for a fourth Sly Cooper game.
